In the 2017-2018 school year, in addition to continuing to lead students to participate in various science and technology creativity competitions, the school also integrated STEM education into the classroom. It implemented school-based STEM courses in the science subject of Form 1 and the computer subject of Form 2. The subjects of Science in Secondary 1 are scientific inquiry and creative invention, while Computer Science in Secondary 2 is robot making and programming.
